- What age children did you mainly work with?
4 to about nearly 5 year olds
- Most memorable experience from the session?
I liked how i went outside to play tag and nearly all of the children followed me and joined in
- If you worked with a variety of ages, what age did you prefer?
I Liked the 4 year olds because that means they would be more mature and i would have at least a year to work with them .
- How did you find the activities the children were doing? (Be specific- were you surprised by how creative children can be?)
Yes they had this little sharing time in a little room and if they wanted to share something they would and i also love that they have a big fluffy rabbit it gets scared a lot by the little children but it is still very cool how they have a rabbit .
- Favourite indoor activity?
I loved how they had a big dance party before lunch and that they all joined in well at least most of them did and i got up and started dancing and the children were getting more confident and as all of us four got up everyone in the room pretty much started jumping and dancing.
- Favourite outdoor activity?
The playground it was really fun seeing them play around so i joined in with them and they have this little cool treehouse and we all went up there, and something really cute happened a little kid asked to sit on my lap and i loved it.
- Best piece of advice another teacher gave you?
That everyone should try child care even if you don’t like it give it a go and you will fall in love with the little memorable kids in the centre.
- Funniest thing that a child said/did to you?
The funniest thing that a little kid said to me was when i was playing with other little kids a little girl said can u put me in this princess dress haha .
- What did you learn about small children that perhaps you didn’t know before the visit? That they aren’t actually that annoying when you get to know them because when i first met them they were shy but then they started playing outside with me and including themselves.
- Do you want to go back? Why?
I would like to go back because i had the best time with the cutest little kids and their smiley faces and i would actually like to see them again so i know more about them.
- If you could do any activity with the children, what would it be? (Be specific, is it a variation of an activity that you saw the children doing on Thursday? Is it a game of some sort outside? Is it building/creating something inside?) I would really love to do the dance party again it was really fun and i love watching them bouncing around and being themselves and even though i was scared of balloons that were everywhere i still faced my fear and had the best time i even forgot about them.

That children are the most kind things in the world and they might seem annoying at times but when you actually properly get to know them they are the most awesome things and i will try and convince everyone in the world to try childcare.
